About The Course
A Safety Officer is a key professional in the work environment. Safety Officer provide oversee the safety management, advice, monitor site safety activities. They monitor and report on these activities and implement revision changes that support and enhance the safety management systems that are in place. Provide information through awareness and engage the employees through training, communiques and toolbox talks to ensure safe practice in the workplace. This SAIOSH, TechSAIOSH, accredited, 12 day course provides the learner with the theoretical and workplace practical experience required to facilitate the development, implementation and maintenance of a Safety, Health and Environment management system.
Duration: 24 Hours

Learners will be required to attend a 2 day workplace practical session.
